The most successful Irish club of the modern era. Dundalk FC dominated the League of Ireland in the 2010s, winning five titles in six seasons and reaching the UEFA Europa League group stage in 2016 — a historic first for an Irish club. The Lilywhites of Oriel Park are the gold standard of League of Ireland football.
Founded in 1903 in the Louth town of Dundalk, the club have won 14 League of Ireland titles — the most of any club in the league's history. Their golden era came under manager Stephen Kenny in the 2010s, when they won five league titles between 2014 and 2019 and produced some of the finest football ever seen in the League of Ireland.
In 2016, Dundalk became the first League of Ireland club to reach the UEFA Europa League group stage, drawing with Zenit St Petersburg and AZ Alkmaar and earning widespread admiration across Europe. The achievement put Irish club football on the continental map and remains the high-water mark for the League of Ireland in European competition. Stephen Kenny later went on to manage the Republic of Ireland national team.
White and black — the Lilywhites colours worn with Louth pride. Dundalk FC's home kit is clean and classic, built around a white shirt that has been worn by the finest players in modern Irish football. Simple, proud, and unmistakably Dundalk.
Their kits carry the legacy of 14 league titles and a Europa League group stage adventure that made Irish football history, and the white of the Lilywhites is a colour that resonates with football fans across Ireland as a symbol of domestic excellence.
